Ice Out 2018!

It’s been a long, cold winter. But the ice will go out, sooner or later, and the weather will warm and our thoughts will turn to long awaited, pending spring.

Last year, after an early March thaw, the ice left the lake at 5:43 on Easter morning, April 16th. It has gone out as early as March 22nd though, and as late as May 8th. So study the history, consider the groundhog and other local weather forecasters, download your tickets from our website and make your best guess.

The postmark deadline is St. Patricks Day, March 17th. Mail your tickets to LHA, PO Box 86,BarnetVT05821.
